You can use the contact form or email address to discuss a project or ask a question.

Browsing this website

The website application does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. There are no user accounts or payment forms.

The website is hosted on Contabo infrastructure and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. These services may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information to serve and protect the website. Provider log settings and retention periods remain subject to owner review.

Sending an enquiry

The form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message, together with your acknowledgement of this notice. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry, and are sent by email to our business inbox. Your email address is included as the reply address.

Cloudflare Workers processes the submission and Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. Turnstile may process your IP address, browser and device signals. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing information.

The form service does not store enquiry contents. It keeps hashed request identifiers, counters and delivery acceptance status for up to 24 hours to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sends. It does not keep the original IP address or email address in this protection data. Enquiry details are not saved to your browser’s persistent storage.

The emailed enquiry remains in the business email system so we can respond. An inbox retention schedule and the relevant processing grounds and international transfer details still require confirmation by the operator. Please avoid including sensitive information.

The form reports acceptance for email delivery; this is not an inbox delivery receipt. If the connection is interrupted, follow the on-screen instructions and keep your enquiry reference.

Email you choose to send

If you send an email to Cape Digital Works, its contents and your contact details can be used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Cloudflare Email Routing is configured for the public address. Access arrangements, retention periods and any relevant international transfers still require confirmation. Private forwarding destinations are not published on this website. No marketing subscription is created by contacting Cape Digital Works.
